Responsibilities include building co-marketing campaigns, aligning strategies with partners, and driving joint demand-generation initiatives that meet shared objectives. Our ideal candidate has experience working with channel and technology partners, a strong understanding of B2B marketing, and a proven ability to build and sustain mutually beneficial partnerships. Ultimately, the role of the Senior Partner Marketing Manager is to drive brand awareness and generate revenue growth through strategic partnerships that align with our company’s objectives.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive partner marketing strategies
• Collaborate with sales and partner teams to build alignment and drive growth
• Create and manage joint marketing campaigns, including content, digital, and event marketing initiatives
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of partner programs
• Coordinate co-branded assets, partner communications, and messaging to ensure brand alignment
• Manage budgets for partner marketing activities and optimize ROI
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for expanding partner networks and refining go-to-market strategies
• Build strong relationships with partners and work cross-functionally to drive shared objectives
• Ensure consistent tracking and reporting on all partner marketing activities and their outcomes
• Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitor positioning, and industry best practices
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Partner Marketing Manager or similar role in B2B marketing
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing joint marketing campaigns with channel or technology partners
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including content marketing, email campaigns, and event management
• Ability to establish and foster long-term partner relationships
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Data-driven mindset with experience in setting and measuring KPIs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with an ability to work effectively across teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
